Although too cold for swimming, November is an excellent time for sightseeing, hiking and exploring Mallorca’s many ancient and interesting towns on foot, bicycle and car.
- Handicrafts and Artesian Fair – This fabulous arts & crafts fair is held on the second weekend of November in Pollenca.
- Dijous Bo Fair – Held in Inca on the fourth Thursday in November following the feast of St Luke on 18th October, this autumn fair is the largest of its kind in Mallorca. You can expect cooking displays, market stalls, fashion shows, wine tasting and restaurants offering local cuisine.
- Olive Fair – A charming fair of olives and olive products, held in Caimari in the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains on the third weekend of November. There are displays of olive oil making and other local products, as well as a range of market stalls, folk performances, art and livestock exhibitions and tastings at all restaurants and bars that are typical of the Mediterranean and Mallorcan tradition.
- Mushroom Fair – A traditional autumn fair dedicated to the forest mushroom, the Esclatasang. Held on the last weekend of November in Mancor de la Vall, the festival features bonfires, fireworks and evening parties.
