Best in spring from September through November, although the climate is fine through summer into autumn, which begins in late February and lasts until April. The average spring and autumn temperature is 20˚C and summer is 30°C. Santiago’s wet season lasts from May to August, with winter temperatures averaging 13°C. Santiago’s ski resorts are at their best from June to August.
