Naviti Island Honeymoon Guide

The largest of the Yasawa Islands offers stunning beaches, great snorkelling and diving opportunities as well as scenic hiking trails everywhere.

The southern summit of this island offers a stunning view overlooking the Southern Yasawa Islands – one of the most photogenic in Fiji.

A picturesque walking trail leads to a grassy ridgeline with sweeping views over both sides of Naviti Island and to several small fishing villages that dot the peaceful shoreline.

The budget Korovou Eco Tour Resort and the no-frills Botaira Beach Resort both front gorgeous white-sand beaches that shelve gently into lagoons that are perfect for swimming, snorkelling and kayaking.

Where to stay

The no-frills Botaira Beach Resort nestles within a sheltered cove facing a 700m-long white-sand beach and offshore coral reef. The resorts offers 11 spacious traditional Fijian bures with modern ensuite facilities sited on an absolute beachfront location. Sun beds and hammocks are dotted along the beachfront. Facilities include restaurant, bar, lounge and water sports equipment.

The low-cost Korovou Eco Beach Resort is also set on absolute beachfront with snorkelling just a few metres from the shore. Korovou offers 4 spacious beach villas and 7 beachfront cottages. Facilities include a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, maid service, laundry facility, Internet cafe and water sports equipment.

Both resorts are located on the western side of Naviti Island offering magical sunsets.
